HockeyShot’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic

We are continuing to ship out orders but, due to delivery challenges in certain areas and dramatic increase in demand, your delivery might be delayed.Once your order has been packed and assigned to a delivery carrier to pick up from our warehouse, your tracking information will be sent to your email – don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder! With your tracking number, you can monitor the progress of your delivery online. Tracking numbers are usually emailed to our customers within 2-4 business days after the order has been placed, but due to delays mentioned above, this could extend to 5-6 days in some cases.

With the increased demand, our customer service team is experiencing a significant amountof inquiries regarding order status. Please wait until the time noted above has passed before reaching out, our teams are working their hardest to get your order out the door as soon as possible.

The game of hockey is our passion. One of the reasons we love the game so much is because of all of you, the fans, players, coaches and parents. We consider all of you part of the HockeyShot family, and the safety and health of our employees and customers is of utmost importance. We have been monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely and have taken steps to ensure we contribute to the efforts in slowing the spread of the virus. As a result, Hockeyshot has taken the following precautionary measures:

  • Order Pickup Service: Until further notice orders will not be able to be picked up from our warehouse in Oakville. We are doing this to limit the interaction and exposure of customers and staff in our distribution center.
  • Showroom Visits: Until further notice our showroom in Mississauga will be closed to the general public. Again, we are trying to limit the exposure and follow best practices as outlined by health officials.
  • Customer Service Inquiries: All HockeyShot office staff have been asked to work remotely until further notice. As a result, this will limit our customer service team’s ability to take phone calls at the same volume. Customers can still reach out via phone but contacting us via the Contact Us form on our website, emailing customersupport@hockeyshot.com or on social media is suggested.

HockeyShot warehouses are still operating to provide you with the training aids & equipment you need to continue working on your game while our sports leagues hit the pause button. We appreciate your business and look forward to seeing you all on the ice once we work through these challenges together.
